Hi! We're Cindy and Sean!

We're a couple in our 20's with a shared passion — to make a real impact on as many women with PCOS as possible.

You may be wondering, what are these "kids" doing starting a business?

Well, it all began when I received my PCOS diagnosis after years of frustrating doctor visits, unexplained changes to my physical and mental health, and no longer recognising the person in the mirror.

While receiving a diagnosis brought some relief in finally having an answer,  it also unleashed a flood of overwhelming questions. How do I "fix" this? Why me? Am I seriously supposed to rely on hormonal birth control for the rest of my life just to manage this? ARGHHHH!!!

It took two years to find some clarity and start making positive changes. The first and simplest step I figured I would take was adding more protein to my diet. This lead to the realisation that there wasn’t a single protein powder specifically made for women with PCOS, despite it's benefits. The challenge then came of trying to figure out which type of protein would actually help without worsening my symptoms, all on my own.

After hearing my many complaints and confusion, Sean, being the problem solver that he is, suggested that we could create our own protein powder and test what worked best. For me, the combination of faba bean and pea protein made a huge difference. It helped eliminate my 3pm energy crashes, improved my insulin sensitivity, gave me zero bloating and helped me have regular cycle that’s been consistent for over a year, which I never thought I could achieve naturally, without any medication.

But one thing that made the world of difference was having Sean by my side. Honestly, the best advice I could give is to get yourself a Sean… but unfortunately there is only one of him!

Sean is the reason this company exists. He witnessed my struggles firsthand—the highs, the lows, and ultimately, my success in managing PCOS. It was his belief in me and his desire to help others like me that inspired us to create a way to support women in feeling at home in their bodies again. Learning to live in harmony with my body has hands-down been and will continue to be the toughest, yet most rewarding journey, and  we want nothing more than to help YOU take that journey, too.
